What is the difference between the two?
The personalised card holder is croco-textured PU leather with your name or initials hot-stamped in gold or silver foil, and an RFID-blocking lining. The suede card holder is soft faux suede and comes plain, without lettering.
How long does delivery take?
Lettered card holders are made after you order (up to 9 days), then travel 2–3 weeks by international post: allow about 3–4 weeks. The suede one ships straight away and usually arrives in 2–3 weeks. You will find the tracking number in your account.
Where does the parcel come from?
Directly from the workshop in China, as a postal parcel. For parcels to the EU the VAT has already been paid, so there is no customs duty or VAT to pay on delivery.
How do I track my order?
Click "Sign in" and enter your email address and order number. You will see the status and the tracking number there.
Can I return it?
Lettered card holders are personalised, so they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The plain suede card holder can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If yours is faulty, damaged or never arrives, we replace it or refund you: email us with your order number and a photo.
